The file LATEX2E.INF is a LaTeX reference in the OS/2 hypertext format 
based on the version 1.6 of latex2e.texi 
(/tex-archive/info/latex2e-help-texinfo) and is created with the program
texi2ipf (Marcus Groeber '93).
