Two programs are dt2dv warns if byte addresses or string lengths recorded in a DTL file are incorrect, then overrides them. This makes DTL files editable. It also allows quoted apostrophes (\') and quoted quotes (\\) in strings. In this release, the DTL format has been modified to separate font paths into directory and font, which makes them freely editable.
