The latest stable version of TIPA is `tipa-1.1'.

Manuals are updated (based on version 1.1) and prepared in 
PS and PDF formats. Both use embedded Type1 fonts.

  tipaman.ps --- standard manual
  tipaman.pdf --- the same, in pdf format
  tipaman-b5.pdf --- the same, but uses B5 size of paper.

  tipaface.pdf --- a document on TIPA Metafont sources; similar to
                   Knuth's `Computer Modern Typefaces'.
