This directory contains TIPA documents.

 - tipaman.tex ... A comprehensive manual of TIPA with a detailed list 
                   of all the TIPA phonetic symbols.

                   How to compile this manual:

                   latex tipaman
                   bibtex tipaman
                   latex tipaman
                   latex tipaman

                   You also need to have `mflogo.sty'. Please look for
                   a CTAN site if you don't have one.

 - tipatug.tex ... An abridged version of the manual in TUGboat style.

                   Compilation procedure same as above (`ltugproc.cls'
                   required).

 - vowel.tex ...   A manual for the `vowel' package.
