In this directory some tools which may be handy for TeX

   mag		a tool for computing magsteps (see mag.1)

   pfb2pfa	a tool for converting a binary type1 PFB font for MSDOS
		to an ASCII PFA font for UNIX (see pfb2pfa.1)

These tools can be installed with `make' followed by `make install'.
Probably you need to adapt the Makefile before installing.
   
The following programs are tests for part of the software modules.
With `make test' you can get an idea of the proper working of the
following programs (`make clean' should cleanup):

   basename	to test basename() in ../common/filenames.c

   lspsres	to test ListPSResourceTypes() and ListPSResourceFiles()
   		from ../PSres/libpsres.a

   psargs	to test psfont() and ps2pk_args() in ../mtpk/psinfo.c

   psearch	for testing the recursive search in search_file()
		from ../common/psearch.c

   sexpr	for testing strexpr() in ../common/strexpr.c
