 ChiTeX 的 unix 版目前有兩種: Linux 及 FreeBSD 版

  A. Linux 版又有兩種:
    (1) teTeX 版: 適合較新版的 Linux --- 它的 tex 裝的是 teTeX.
        如何知道你的 Linux 裝的是 teTeX? 只要執行一下 tex
        若出現  
            This is TeX, Version 3.14159
        就對了.
    (2) NTeX 版: 適合較舊版的 Linux --- 它的 tex 裝的是 NTeX
        如何知道你的 Linux 裝的是 NTeX? 只要執行一下 tex
        若出現  
            This is TeX, Version 3.1415N
        就對了.

  (i) The package of ChiTeX for Linux with teTeX is on:
         tex-archive/language/chinese/ChiTeX on CTAN site or 
         its mirrors 
      and the package of ChiTeX for Linux with teTeX contains files: 
           README, README.first, README.inst.quick. chitexlx.tgz,
           fonts1.tgz, fonts2.tgz
      or on: 
        dongpo.math.ncu.edu.tw: tex-archive/local/chitex/chitex/Linux/teTeX

  (ii) The package of ChiTeX for with NTeX is on:
         tex-archive/language/chinese/ChiTeX on CTAN sites or 
         its mirrors
      and the package of ChiTeX for with NTeX contains files: 
           README,  README.first, README.inst.quick., chitexN.tgz,
           fonts1.tgz, fonts2.tgz
      or
        dongpo.math.ncu.edu.tw: tex-archive/local/chitex/chitex/Linux/NTeX


  B. FreeBSD 版只有一種:
     teTeX 版, 它的 TeX 的目錄是:
          /usr/local/share/texmf

    The package of ChiTeX for FreeBSD with teTeX is on:
          tex-archive/language/chinese/ChiTeX on CTAN sites
          or its mirrors
    and the package of ChiTeX for FreeBSD contains files: 
           README,  README.first, README.inst.quick, chitexbs.tgz,
           fonts1.tgz, fonts2.tgz
    or
