    A vertical skip after table's caption was reduced a bit.

    Bug fix in `nccart.clo' of `ncclatex bungle: an extra space after
    abstract name removed.

    The `ncclatex' package loads `extdash' package with `cyremdash' option now.

    The `equation' counter is declared dynamically in `ncclatex' package now.

    File `nccnews.dvi' introduced. It contains an overview for NCC-LaTeX
    in Russian.

    Bug fix in `ncchdr' package: the right mark was shown in the left header.

    Bug in loading `book' and `report' style of `ncc' class fixed.

    The `ncclatex' bundle is submitted to CTAN. It requires `ncctools'
    bungle, release 2.03 or greater.
