Tex2ex: Strip .tex input file to give a .ex output file
Usage: tex2ex filename

The c source is based on the shell script tex2ex.sh by Julian Gilbey

tex2ex.exe is an executable for win32 compiled with cygwinb19/gcc

cygwinb19.dll must be in the PATH or in the directory of tex2ex
