# tex/TDS/README 09 Feb 97 -*- Indented-Text -*- #------------------------------------------------------------ TDS stands for `TeX Directory Structure', there is a TUG Technical Working Group who tries to establish recommendations for such a beast. This directory tree features stuff around this effort. By now, we have the following available: draft-standard - read about the TDS drafts.archive - an archive with successive versions of the TDS draft misc - miscellaneous material (TDS macro sources [tdsguide], directory & file map of TDS example installation, TDS draft in other formats [HTML, Info]) papers - other documents concerning TDS Once, there were archives here, with TeX files in a directory structure that conforms to the latest TDS draft. As TDS is now finalized, and teTeX provides a superior TDS-conformant installation, they are withdrawn. Please refer to teTeX to see TDS in action! Contact Joachim Schrod if you want more information about the files here or if you want to make comments on this effort.
