This is a 'quick and dirty' port of a UNIX program which decodes
an Apple Macintosh BinHex file into its components, so you can
use the contents on a MSDOS PC.

The program can be compiled with one of either Microsoft's or
Borland's C compilers.

Due to the restrictions in DOS file-names the resulting files
under DOS are:
                    file.dat      data fork
                    file.rsr      resource fork
                    file.inf      Finder Info
